The Clinching process allows us to join two/three materials in a quick, simple, safe and clean way and above all, providing high resistance. In addition to the possibility of joining any type of material, no previous training or experience is required. Wherever we have a screw and a nut or any other fastening system, it can be replaced by Clinching. During the visit we will take two sheets of 1mm thickness each one and we will proceed to make the union of both sheets in front of the customer.

Developed with the latest technology, it allows advanced sensorisation, monitoring and analysis of process fluids. By means of an alarm system, customised to the customer’s needs, if the defined limit values are exceeded, the customer’s designated personnel and a FUCHS specialist are automatically notified via email and SMS. This enables fast and precise intervention in the aqueous fluid, ensuring stable and efficient processes. A FUCHS FLUID ANALYZER will be on display at the stand alongside a machine tool from FUCHS technology partner DGM MORI so that visitors can see how it works live.

Moreover, its programming is very basic and accessible to any level of technological training. Aurora is a Virtual Reality software for the inspection and validation of designs, which allows the manipulation and analysis of 3D projects in a completely immersive way. Aurora has different functionalities such as disassembling parts, sectioning, measuring, changing textures and materials, increasing and/or decreasing scale, suspended annotations and captures. In addition, it is designed so that models can be imported autonomously and easily from CAD software, such as SOLIDWORKS. The solution allows the functionality, ergonomics and accessibility of the products to be assessed before they are manufactured, as a safe test environment is created in which to inspect and test the full-size models before they go into production. Thus, it is not necessary to have the product in person to test it. Among other advantages, companies are not required to mobilise large teams to trade fairs or spend a large part of their budget on prototypes. Everything is much simpler and cheaper, thanks to the use of Virtual Reality, which with a single piece of equipment allows us to transport ourselves to different situations and spaces. One of the most notable new features of Aurora is the integration of Aurora CAD Meetings, a tool that allows mechanical and technical engineering validations to be carried out remotely. Thanks to Aurora CAD Meetings, workers from different factories and customers from around the world can interact in the same virtual space from anywhere in the world and without the need to travel to the same place.
