Health & Safety
Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocols
All surfaces at an Easyfairs event are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. Electrostatic spraying technology ensures the highest standards of hygiene.
Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere on the exhibition floor and in common areas. Please make use of them regularly during the day!
Smart Badge contactless technology
The safest way to visit an event is by using our Smart Badge, which requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience. You will receive your Smart Badge at the entrance after having scanned the barcode on your printed voucher or mobile device. Thanks to the embedded NFC chip you can swipe your badge on readers distributed throughout the event to gather product and stand information.
Payment with card
To protect your health and personal safety, all payments will be made preferably by credit/debit card, thus avoiding cash.
Food and beverage
For your safety, food and drinks at the VIP lounge will be provided in prepacked servings, so there is no risk of infection.
We kindly ask you to use the hand sanitisers available at catering points before eating and drinking.
Personal protection and detection
Our venue in its health measures marks some Health Protocols, consisting of body temperature detection, respecting the Data Protection, Protocol of action in case of detection of affected person, specialized unit in immunology and epidemiology in contact with the authorities and health services.
The use of the mask is mandatory during your stay on the premises.
You must enter the event with your own mask. In case of breakage, the staff of the event will be available to provide you with one if necessary.
A handshake is the natural form of greeting in business, but we must keep our distance from it. As an alternative, we suggest the “elbow bump”. Although any handshake without approach is welcome! How about a little bow? Or a “thumbs up”?
To ensure appropriate physical distance during Easyfairs events, we will monitor the number of people present in the halls at all times, in accordance with the guidelines set by our authorities and our venue.
Social distance of 1.5m
We ask you to maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters between people.
Clear signs and stickers on the floor will help you to respect this distance.
Online registration and onsite contactless stations
Please register online before the event, as registration onsite is not possible. You can either print out your admission voucher, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our touchless scanning stations.
We will make it convenient for you to registerfor a specific timeslot so that we can ensure compliance with crowd density standards, while saving you time.
See everything you need online
By consulting our website you can make your visit as effective as possible.
You can use the exhibitors’ catalogue to plan which companies and products you would like to see and the programme of contents to schedule the conferences you want to attend (remember to go to the conference room in good time).
One-way aisles and directional walkways
One-way-only aisles will help to manage traffic and minimise crowding. They will also make it easier for you to respect the social distancing rules and avoid crossing the paths of other visitors and fellow exhibitors.
On paths where there is enough room for people to walk in
both directions, please keep to your side as indicated by the directional arrows.
Maximum capacity in conference rooms
Conference areas will also allow for social distancing, with
1.5 metres between chairs. This means there will be limited capacity, so please arrive early. Some chairs may be marked as unavailable. Please respect this instruction and do not move the chairs.
If you feel sick, take care and stay home
Finally, as much as we want to see you at our events, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.
